These terms govern your use of Ringlyx, a service of Nuraveda ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship of Tejas Karan Agrawal in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By signing in or using Ringlyx, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Who may use Ringlyx
Ringlyx is for businesses and the people who run them, and is currently offered in Canada. You must be at least 18 and, if you sign up for a business, have the authority to bind it. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
2. What Ringlyx is
- The sample workspace. Anyone can sign in and explore a sample workspace. Everything in it is invented and shown only to illustrate the service. It is not real data, and it is not advice.
- The Front Desk service. When you subscribe, we set up and run an AI phone agent for your business line. We write the agent, connect your number and run it. You see the calls, transcripts and callbacks in your workspace. You do not edit the agent yourself; ask us for changes.
3. How the AI front desk behaves
- It tells callers it is an AI if they ask, and the greeting says the call is recorded.
- It takes requests and messages. It does not confirm bookings or promise a time or availability, and your team confirms everything.
- It does not give medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
- Ringlyx is not an emergency service. The agent flags urgent calls and alerts you, but you must not rely on it to respond to emergencies. Callers in an emergency should contact emergency services.
- AI can make mistakes. We test and monitor the agent, but we cannot guarantee that every call is handled correctly.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- give us accurate information about your business, hours and rules, and keep it current;
- use Ringlyx lawfully, including any rules that apply to recording calls and to contacting people;
- tell us promptly if the agent says something wrong or a call is mishandled;
- not misuse the service. That includes scraping, probing for weaknesses, overloading it, using it to harass or deceive, or trying to make the agent break its safety rules.
Where we offer a way to test the agent from your browser, we may limit how long and how often you can use it.
5. Fees
If you subscribe, the price is shown on the plan page when you sign up. At the time of writing, that is $299 per month plus a one-time $500 setup fee. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes, such as HST, which are added where they apply. Payments are handled by our payment provider. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. The setup fee is not refundable once setup work has started. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing a price.
6. Your information and ours
You own your business information and your call content. You give us permission to process them to provide the service. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Ringlyx, its software, design and the agent configurations we create belong to us. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
7. Third-party services
Ringlyx relies on providers such as telephone, AI voice, hosting and payment services. If one of them is unavailable, the service may be affected. We choose them carefully but are not responsible for their outages.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Ringlyx running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The sample workspace is provided as is. We may change, add or remove features, and will give notice of changes that significantly affect a paying customer.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ringlyx is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes anything the law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost business or lost opportunities, including a missed or mishandled call;
- our total liability to you for anything arising from Ringlyx is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event, or $100 if you have paid nothing.
These limits do not apply to anything the law does not allow to be limited.
11. Indemnity
If you use Ringlyx unlawfully, or give us instructions or content that infringe someone's rights, you will cover our reasonable costs from any resulting claim.
12. Suspension and ending
You may stop using Ringlyx at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or if we cannot lawfully provide it. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as 6, 9, 10, 11 and 13, survive.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario, sitting in Toronto, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version with its date and tell paying customers about material changes. Continuing to use Ringlyx after a change means you accept it.
